After being a partner in Scandia Construction with my brother Tom, I began my real estate career in 1997. I have enjoyed great success in helping clients in farm and ranch properties, developers with entitlements, water problems, and planning for major projects and as a project listing agent. My focus for the past several years has been golf/ski communities. I’ve watched these communities grow up here in good times and not so good times and I’m excited for what I believe is a very bright future.
